1. It is also possible to run the program by clicking on the executable file, PRL_eForms.exe.  The program is installed by default to C:\Program Files\NYSPRL, but you may have changed this setting to another folder during installation.
   
   
2. Form 26A does not include a copy button because each applicator row should be unique.
   
   
3. Option C users create files which contain the data from one of the four form types.
